Change in the management of Elektrobit Corporation (EB)

The employment of Päivi Timonen, Chief Legal Officer of Elektrobit Corporation (EB), will end as she assumes new role outside of EB. She continues in her current role until November 2014, after which she will start as General Counsel at Fiskars Corporation. Ms. Timonen has worked as EB's Chief Legal Officer since 2002.
