Listing time schedule in 2015 and 2016 for shares subscribed pursuant to Bittium Corporation’s series 2008B-C stock options
The Board of Directors of the Corporation has decided upon the listing time schedule in 2015 and 2016 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series 2008B-C stock options, as follows:

Shares subscribed by January 26, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around February 10, 2015.
Shares subscribed by March 31, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around April 15, 2015.
Listing time schedule in 2015 and 2016 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series 2008C stock options is as follows:
Shares subscribed by January 26, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around February 10, 2015.
Shares subscribed by March 31, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around April 15, 2015.
Shares subscribed by June 8, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around June 24, 2015.
Shares subscribed by August 17, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around September 1, 2015.
Shares subscribed by October 14, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around October 29, 2015.
Shares subscribed by November 30, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or around December 15, 2015.
Shares subscribed by January 26, 2016 including this day, will be listed on or around February 10, 2016.
Shares subscribed by March 31, 2016 including this day, will be listed on or around April 15, 2016.
The share subscription period for stock options 2008B will end on March 31, 2015 and for stock options 2008C on March 31, 2016.
Stock Options 2008A-C
The Board of Directors of Elektrobit Corporation (now Bittium Corporation) decided, by authorization of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 14 March 2008, that stock options are issued to Elektrobit Corporation key personnel as part of the incentive and commitment program.
The stock options entitle to subscription of a maximum total of 4,200,000 new shares of the company or treasury shares, of which 1,400,000 shall be marked with the symbol 2008A, 1,400,000 shall be marked with the symbol 2008B, and 1,400,000 shall be marked with the symbol 2008C.
The stock options now issued constitute a maximum of 3.1 per cent of Elektrobit Corporation’s shares and voting rights.
The offices Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) Branch Operation in Finland, Aleksanterinkatu 11, 00100 Helsinki, shall act as the share subscription place and that subscriptions shall be made by paying the share subscription price.
As a result of the capital repayment, decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting on December 4, 2013, the subscription prices of shares pursuant to the series 2008A-C stock options will be reduced with the amount of the capital repayment per share on the record date of the capital repayment in accordance with the terms of the stock options. Hence the share subscription price pursuant to stock options 2008A will reduce to EUR 0.07, pursuant to stock options 2008B to EUR 0.73 and pursuant to stock options 2008C to EUR 0.61.
As a result of the dividend payment, decided by the Annual General Meeting 2014 the subscription prices of shares pursuant to the series 2008A-C stock options will be reduced with the amount of the dividend per share on the dividend record date on April 15, 2014 in accordance with the terms of the stock options. Hence the share subscription price pursuant to stock options 2008A will reduce to EUR 0.05, pursuant to stock options 2008B to EUR 0.71 and pursuant to stock options 2008C to EUR 0.59.
As a result of the dividend payment, decided by the Annual General Meeting 2015 the subscription prices of shares pursuant to the series 2008C stock options will be reduced with the amount of the dividend per share on the dividend record date on April 17, 2015 in accordance with the terms of the stock options. Hence the share subscription price pursuant to stock options 2008C will reduce to EUR 0.55.
