Remuneration of the Management Group
The compensation of the Company´s Management Group consists of monthly base salary, a Short-term Incentive Plan and Long-term Incentive Plan.
In 2023, salaries, benefits, and incentives paid to the members of the Company´s Management Group (excluding the CEO) totaled EUR 1.195.284,12.
For year 2022, the maximum payment based on the Short-term Incentive Plan (excluding the CEO) was 50 % of the annual base salary. For year 2023, this maximum payment based on the Short-term Incentive Plan was 100 % of the annual base salary.
The maximum payment of each Long-term Incentive Plan (PSP1 2020–2022, PSP1 2021-2023 and PSP1 2022-2024) (excluding the CEO) was 29-68 % of the annual base salary.
The pension security of the members of the Company´s Management Group is statutory and they do not have supplementary pension.
The director or employment contracts of the members of the Company´s Management Group are effective until further notice, and the notice period by the director or employee is six (6) months at the maximum and by the Company twelve (12) months at the maximum.
