NEW CEO OF JOT AUTOMATION GROUP PLC


The Board of Directors of JOT Automation Group Plc has in its meeting on November 29, 2000 accepted Mr. Jorma Terentjeff's request to resign from his position as CEO and President of the company with effect from December 1st, 2000. Mr. Jorma Terentjeff, who is the biggest shareholder of JOT Automation Group Plc, remains on the Board of Directors of the company with strategic projects as his main area of responsibility.

The Board of Directors of the company has appointed its deputy managing director Mr. Teijo Fabritius its CEO with effect from December 1st, 2000.

The change of CEO is part of the reorganisation of the management of JOT Automation Group Plc. The reorganisation also includes the election of new external members to the Board of Directors as well as the resignation by the present board members from operative functions within the company. An Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders has been summoned to decide on the increase of the number of Board members and to elect the new external Board members today at 4 pm.
