THE PROSPECTUS REGARDING THE COMBINATION MERGER OF JOT AUTOMATION GROUP PLC AND PMJ AUTOMEC CORPORATION


The boards of directors of JOT Automation Group Plc and PMJ automec Corporation, both companies specialised in production automation for the electronics industry, have decided to propose to the general meetings of shareholders of the companies that the companies be combined through a merger.

More detailed information about the proposed combination merger of JOT Automation Group Plc and PMJ automec Corporation is available in the Prospectus published today. The Prospectus is also a Merger Memorandum set forth in Section 5.473 of the Helsinki Exchanges' Regulation.
