JOT AUTOMATION STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION THROUGH AN ACQUISITON IN TEST AUTOMATION SYSTEMS
JOT Automation Oy, a subsidiary of JOT Automation Group Plc., has through an acquisition of Diatel Systems Oy, strengthened its know how as test automation system integrator. Diatel Sys-tems Oy, established in 1997, delivers test system solutions for the electronics industry. For the period September 1, 2000 - December 31, 2001 the company recorded net sales 0,7 million euros and employed 7 people. Diatel Systems is situated in Nummela, Finland.
The special expertise of Diatel Systems does not only include electronics measurement equipment but system design, test software and integration work for total system solutions as well. This strengthened know how enables JOT Automation in the future to deliver its customers comprehen-sive test system solutions. In addition to test equipment sales, JOT Automation's services include tailored projects including integration, training, service and maintenance.
