Bittium mobile device development concept to complete product

From a Concept to a Complete Product

We work on your platform and UI of choice. If needed, we can also integrate Bittium IP components and/or 3rd party IP components based on your requirements. Project scope can range from a concept prototype to a partial development project or to a complete and fully validated type-approved device. We will take care of all the needed certifications and approvals for the product.

We work with Android and Linux, and are familiar with all major wireless chipset platforms. We also have our own product for device management to assure a fully secure solution.

Bittium has proven track record from being the main R&D partner for several major brands in their wearable development projects. Our expertise has enabled development of high-quality, purpose-built wearables in cooperation with Philips and adidas, for example.

Bittium developed a wearable device together with Philips for measuring skin conductance and heart rate. From the skin conductance the device calculates the cortisol contribution, stress level, and cognitive performance of the user.

Bittium was the main development partner for adidas with their early sports wearables that were defining the market.
